I had a pop-up stop me, saying "API" Error. What do I do?
The API message is telling you that your smart device (phone/tablet) has limited memory. If you close your class occasionally (e.g., every 50 pages) the problem is not likely to recur. You can always contact SUPPORT services and we can move you forward to the page you got stopped on.

You are automatically authorized to generate a certificate as soon as you complete your class. If you enter the email address of the referring person at registration, they will automatically be notified of your registration and completion, BUT, that is a "Notice" only - not an official completion notice. Your Completion Certificate needs to be printed by you and delivered, or, downloaded and emailed. We only notifiy the referring person upon specific request and only after completion - by email or mail.
Will I get a Certificate of Completion?
